Free delivery on all sewing machines and over lockers to United Kingdom.

Exclusions include: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands.

Machines/Large items will be delivered overnight to UK via FedEx Next Day with tracking.

Accessories/Small items will be delivered by Royal Mail standard post. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Approval must be obtained from us prior to returning your product. Failure to do so may result in us not accepting delivery.

All returns must be made in the original packaging, complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and free gifts (where applicable) otherwise your product will not be accepted. Items returned for refund must be in perfect unused condition and are subjected to a 10% restocking fee.

All returns are made at the cost of the customer.
